How Family CoMotion started
As part of her Masters Research Linda ran sessions for families that included older children. She found that under fives especially enjoyed the opportunity to be able to participate in a dance class with their older siblings. In addition to this, some older children enjoyed being able to explore and move in an environment that is less prescriptive than a technical dance class, and that includes their friends, siblings and grownups.
What to expect
In these sessions the focus is on creativity, especially with props and sensory objects that transform spaces and the dancing with each other. These sessions are playful but guided by changing the movement exploration through music, lights and objects.
When and where?
All ages welcome. (Most suited for age 3ish-10ish) For children and their grownups.

How to book
